With audio for those that prefer or need a more accessible article.
You know that feeling when you start a new job? Maybe it's your first job?
You want to prove yourself - make a good impression. Show value, so your boss knows they made the right choice when they hired you.
I get that. When I first started, I had a hard time figuring out where to look for the right learning resources.
So I want to give you some building blocks that will help guide you along the way.
Here are a few ways to get started:
Read This Book: Project Management for Humans by Brett Harned will tell you the core PM skills you can use EVERY DAY.
Take this course: Scrum Master I Prep & Mock Exams With AI update by Michael James. This is the best Agile course I've completed. And Udemy is always on sale, so will save you a ton of money. Don't worry about certification yet!
Find a mentor: Look for that one person in your business (not your boss) that will show you how things work and where to find everything related to process and project delivery.
These 3 resources will exponentially accelerate your learning process.
